TIS Commission Felonies
As to all felonies described in subsection (h) of section 11212 of the Revitalization Act, any TIS Commission recommendation had to meet the truth-in-sentencing standards of section 20104(a)(1) of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994. The following is a list of the "subsection (h)" felonies:
